Senior Celebration

Senior Celebration will take place Tuesday, May 14 through Friday, May 17, 2024! See below for our event schedule and ticketing information.

Tuesday, May 14

11 a.m.- 4 p.m. - Cap Decorating in the SCC Atrium

Make your cap stand out at commencement! Bring your cap and decorate it using our provided supplies.

6:45 p.m. - 10 p.m. - Trip to Level 99 in Natick Mall

Tickets for this trip are on sale for $15 on Campus Groups! Includes transportation, 2 hour game play pass, appetizers, and soft drinks. Kosher, vegan, and gluten free options included. Cash bar will be available (valid government I.D. required). Buses will begin loading in the Theater Lot at 6:30 p.m. and arrive at the Natick Mall around 7:30 p.m. The buses will head back to campus at 10 p.m. All participants must ride buses to and from the event in order to participate.

Wednesday, May 15

11 a.m.-4 p.m. - Cap Decorating, SCC Atrium

5 p.m.-11 p.m. - Boston Harbor Cruise (21+ only)

Ticket sales for this trip are on sale for $30 on Campus Groups! Includes transportation, buffet on the boat (please review the menu to ensure your dietary needs are met), DJ, and soft drinks. Kosher meals and meals required to meet other special dietary needs must be ordered via the form when purchasing your ticket.

This trip is 21+ only, due to boat policies. A cash bar will be available (valid government I.D. required). Buses will load in the Theater Lot at 5 p.m. and arrive at the dock around 6 p.m. The boat will load at 6 p.m. and set sail around 7 p.m. The boat will return to the dock at 10 p.m., and buses will return to campus around 11 p.m. All participants must ride buses to and from the event in order to participate.

Thursday, May 16

11 a.m.-6 p.m. Kickball Tournament (team registration required - $10 per team), Gosman Fields

Brandeis Intramural Sports is hosting the annual Senior Celebration Intramural Kickball Tournament – go to imleagues.com/brandeis to register your team of 10 seniors! Seniors who graduated in Fall 2023 may participate, but must email Julie Mizraji to register manually. Registration is open now until May 10. The tournament will be played on Thursday, May 16 on the Athletic Fields.

Want to play, but don't have enough people for a team? Sign-up to the Free Agent list at imleagues.com/brandeis or email Julie Mizraji and she can help you find a team.

7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Light the Night & Senior Toast

Join us at the Light of Reason to participate in a beloved Brandeis Orientation tradition that you missed. Hear from distinguished alumni and special guests as we toast to the Class of 2024!

Free Brandeis champagne flutes will be available, while supplies last! Government required I.D. for champagne (21+), non-alcoholic option available.

Sponsored by the Department of Student Engagement, Department of Orientation & First Year Experience, and the Alumni Association.

8:30 p.m.-11 p.m. Senior Soiree

Join us for Senior Soiree, the Light the Night & Senior Toast after party! We will have food, a DJ, photo booths, games, and more!

Government I.D. required for access to the cash bar (21+).

Friday, May 17

*Senior Celebration events are open to undergraduate students who have completed/are completing their degree in Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and those who have indicated they are participating in May 2024 Commencement.

Ticket Sales & Registration Information

Ticket Policies

Registration for all events is hosted on Campus Groups! Ticket sales for off-campus trips (Level99 and the Boston Harbor Cruise) will begin on Wednesday, April 3 at 9am on Campus Groups.

All tickets are first come, first served and sales will close on April 24 at 9 a.m. or when we sell out, whichever comes first. If a trip sells out, a waitlist will be created. Waitlisted students are encouraged to show up for bus loading to fill any open seats.

Tickets are non-transferable and all sales are non-refundable.

Tickets will not be available to purchase at the buses. All tickets must be purchased in advance by members of the Class of 2024 for their personal use. Only one ticket may be purchased per senior per event. Please notify us of any additional dietary needs, allergies, and travel accommodations via Campus Groups registration or by emailing StudentEngagement@brandeis.edu.

Financial Assistance for Senior Celebration Event Tickets

If you would like to request financial assistance for purchasing Senior Celebration tickets to the Harbor Cruise and/or to Level99, please fill out the Ticket Financial Assistance Request Form by Sunday, April 21. We will be contacting Student Financial Services to confirm levels of need for each student and then will email you with decisions as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please email StudentEngagement@brandeis.edu.
