Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs - This department will help answer your questions about academics and advising.  They also have a helpful online resources link.

Bookstore - Don't want to wait in a long line the first week of class? Order your books online in advance. This site also lists book prices.

Campus Card Office - The official ID card of Brandeis University! The Brandeis WhoCard serves as the campus dining card, debit card, library card, campus identification, and card for all door access on the campus. This site will answer all of your questions about your new WhoCard and its applications across the campus.

Campus Map - This resource provides an interactive campus map and office directory for Brandeis University. To find out more about an office or building you may click on the building on the map, or the name of the building/office in the listing below the map. You may also perform a campuswide search.

Dean of Arts and Sciences - Under the guidance of the Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean is responsible for the undergraduate and graduate curricula, faculty, staffing, oversight of academic departments, and other academic matters. The Dean's Office also sponsors many academic and co-curricular programs.

Disability Services and Support - This site outlines the procedures for documenting a disability and for requesting accommodations, explains the resources available on campus, and lists those individuals who are best able to assist you.

Health Center - This website will help you find useful resources on health issues and concerns as well as more information on services and health insurance.

Hiatt Career Center - The Career center will help you with planning for a career, grad school and internships.  They have an extensive resource library, online alumni network and other counceling and networking services.

Instructional Technology Resource Center (ITRC) - The Feldberg, Karp, Levy, and Stern Instructional Technology Resource Center was developed to support all aspects of instructional technology at Brandeis University. Their goal is to assist faculty and students to incorporate appropriate technology into the curriculum.  Services are available to Brandeis faculty, graduate assistants engaged in teaching, and students.

Library & Technology Services - Library & Technology Services (LTS) is an organization composed of nearly 100 librarians and technology specialists. Their mission is to provide seamless service to enhance learning, teaching, and research activities and to provide high quality, accessible, and reliable systems.

Psychological Counseling Center - The Psychological Counseling Center at Brandeis University provides counseling for students in times of stress, and encourages them to ask for help with their most immediate concerns.  The center maintains the strictest standards of privacy and confidentiality, and serves as a resource to the Brandeis community.

Office of the Registrar - This site offers links to The University Bulletin, Academic Records Policy, Academic Calendar, Final Exam Schedule, Schedule of Classes, and course enrollment for Brandeis University.

Scholarships - This site provides an introduction to a variety of prestigious scholarships and fellowships.

Division of Student Affairs - This division encompasses various offices which enrich the student experience, including the Department of Athletics, the Office of the Chaplaincy, the Health Center, the Psychological Counseling Center, and the Division of Student Life.

Office of Student Financial Services - The Office of Student Financial Services provides guidance on financing the cost of a Brandeis education via private loans and payment plans as well as federal student loans, in addition to providing instruction and counseling on applying for need-based financial aid, and determining eligibility. The Office of Student Financial Services also coordinates all hourly on-campus student employment and maintains an up-to-date listing of all available on- and off-campus job opportunities.

Student Services Bureau - The Student Service Bureau is a completely student run organization. The purpose of the SSB is to provide services on campus so as to provide convenience for students and staff of the Brandeis community. Additionally, the SSB provides an opportunity for students to become actively involved in an operating business.

Study Abroad - It's never too early to start thinking about whether or not you may want to study abroad! This site will help you make important decisions about studying abroad, including financial concerns, language requirements and prerequisite courses.
